Data you provide
The app processes the event names, dates, venues, attendee estimates, budgets, tasks, and notes you choose to enter so it can provide its planning features.
Collection and sharing
The developer does not collect or share your data. The app has no account, advertising, analytics, or internet permission. User-entered planner data is not transmitted to the developer or any third party.
Storage and security
Planner data and settings are kept in Android’s private app storage, protected by the operating system’s app sandbox. Other apps cannot normally read it.
Notifications
Optional reminders are generated on the device by the app itself. Notification content never leaves the device, and reminders can be switched off in Settings.
Backups
If Android backup is enabled, Android may place planner data and settings in an encrypted device backup or transfer them to a new device. This is controlled by your device and backup provider, not by the developer.
Retention and deletion
Data remains on your device until you delete an item, use Reset Data, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall it. Backup copies follow your backup provider’s retention controls and can be removed through your device or backup account.
External actions
Rate App and Share App open another app only when you choose them. Sharing sends a Play Store link and never includes your event or task data.
This website
This website is a static product and company information site. It does not include an account, contact form, advertising, or analytics. The theme control can save a light or dark appearance preference in your browser’s local storage. That preference stays on your device and can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.
When the website is published, its hosting provider may process limited technical information such as an IP address, request time, and requested page in ordinary server or security logs. The final published policy should identify the selected hosting provider and its retention practices.
Email and telephone links open your chosen email or phone application. Information you choose to send using those applications is handled by the relevant service and by AVENORA LIMITED for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s or website’s data practices change, this policy and its effective date will be updated before the changed version is released.
